This pendant is made in platinum and features a .47 carat pink sapphire with 11 surrounding diamonds weighing approximately .34 carats.  The sapphire and diamonds are bezel set and hang from a 17 inch platinum chain.

The pendant is entirely handmade in Bethesda, MD and is a custom design of Pampillonia Jewelers.
